This house is just simply the best. I had the honor of representing the seller several years ago, when multiple offers were not that common. Of course many folks had offers on this beauty. What a staple to the community, and what an amazing home owner, who takes pride in their home always beautifying it and preserving it. 💝The property had so many stories and families who reminisced of growing up in the house or in one of the apartments as it was broken into a two family for a time period. So many stories, we invited them over and had a mini reunion just before the Open House.

And yes some realtors told the former owners to sell to a developer for cash and how they’d never sell for top dollar. Well, thankfully the former owners did not listen to that nonsense. What a treasure this property is. 💝
