This weekend I had the pleasure of hosting my annual client appreciation party at Creative Twist Events, located at 10 Pearl Street, Metuchen, NJ. Although this year was very different from last year, with masks and social distancing and guests arriving in slotted scheduled times, Joanne still made it magical. The space was decorated with gorgeous cascading balloons, cleverly arranged food and drink stations and heated outdoor seating. Joanne shares the space with Chef John Manzo of Be My Guest Personal Chef and Catering, aka BMG. Chef John catered my event with delicious finger foods, which continued to freshly flow from the kitchen throughout the party. It was truly a pleasure hosting my guests here with Joanne and John at 10 Pearl.
Joanne Cruz is a familiar face to many in Metuchen. She’s an active Mom and a busy volunteer who has successfully advocated building alliances between business to business through events and co-sponsorships. Creative Twist Events can host your party at their location or travel to your house, your yard, or any location to run your party. Often times they have several parties running simultaneously in multiple locations. Joanne’s staff all have one thing in common, they’re genuinely amazing humans…
Knowing Joanne, is knowing she’s an “ALL IN or Nothing” kind of person. So of course she expanded her business model through COVID times. Some amazing NEW SERVICES are:
“Pimp my Porch,” which is decorating porches with balloons for birthdays, graduations, celebrations of all kinds; “Crafts in a Box,” porch delivery or personal pick up of special kid friendly crafts; “Create your donut,” decorating kit for donuts. In addition, she has “After School Specials,” which are creative activities for children safely organized and supervised after school hours.
